Terms and conditions

• This is a social fundraising event including canapés, beverage package, music and entertainment. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Red Roo Ball, all attendees agree to the following terms & conditions:
  
  Tickets: Entry is only permitted with a valid paid ticket. All tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee. No refund will be issued for non-attendance. To secure Early Bird tickets, payment must be received by 7 July 2026. Otherwise, standard adult ticket rates apply.
  
  Attendance: The event is open to members, family, friends and partners. Attendees under the age of 18 are permitted but must be accompanied by an adult with a valid paid ticket.
  
  Venue: Strictly No BYO alcohol. Alcohol service is subject to venue licensing laws and must be followed at all times. Valid photo identification may be required at entry.
  
  Dress Code: Dress to impress in your favourite formal outfit (no thongs or trainers permitted!). Door staff can store items for collection upon exit but do not take responsibility for stored items.
  
  Conduct: The Red Roo Ball is a social and community-focused event. All attendees must comply with venue rules and any reasonable directions issued by event staff, organisers or venue management. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward venue staff, volunteers, organisers and other guests.
  
  Photography & Media: Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and club purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used unless otherwise advised in writing to the Social Committee Organisers prior to the event.
