Farewell and good luck to current secretary Jan Willem "JW" Van Dijk" who has played his last game for UQHC.
He and his fiancé, Marta, who came to from Netherlands, have decided to leave "New Holland" to move to the "New World."

JW has been with our club for over four years and in that time he has played in a number of grades and has played in a number of finals and one (unsuccessful) of Grand Finals along the way.

JW's great claims to fame are to have played on the winning side in every UQHC derby (3.1 and 3.2 in 2010 and 4.1 in 2011), as well as the fact that he briefly stood atop the Mangaer's table in Fantastar 2013.

His commitment to our club has been an example to many, and represents the ethos that you get out of the club as much as you put into it.

At the end on 2012 JW decided that he wanted to put more into our club and became our club secretary.  In this role he has been fantastic. 
From an executive perspective he has added much to discussions and decisions, and he will be sorely missed by myself and the rest of the committee.

In JW's stead, Kym "Smoof" Smith has been co-opted by the Committee to serve in the role of Secretary until th next AGM.
